Why Timeless Design Matters
The most sustainable building is the one nobody wants to replace.

Longevity is the real measure
Buildings last far longer than the trends they are born into. Designing for decades rather than seasons changes the questions we ask of every decision.
Will this plan still work when the family changes? Can this facade be maintained with ordinary tools? Will this material still be available?
Restraint ages well
Timeless does not mean neutral. It means proportions that are easy on the eye, materials that improve with use, and details simple enough to repair.
When those things are in place, a building can absorb new uses and new owners without losing its character.
